Located in the Robin Hood Plaza, we have been family owned and locally operated for over 30 years in Willoughby. The menu uses the finest ingredients in our Chinese cuisines to make your visit, whether dine-in or carry-out, an enjoyable experience (check out our online menu!). We offer a range of dishes, including vegetarian options, and exquisite drinks (including a bar for customers over the age of 21) in a comfortable atmosphere and extremely reasonable prices. If you are looking for a gratifying lunch, delicious dinner or a family friendly dining experience, Hong To's cozy and friendly venue will fulfill your needs. We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Unfortunately, we generally do not deliver, and we apologize for any inconveniences.
Q: Do you accept Entertainment or other major coupon books?
A: Yes, as long as we are listed as one of the restaurants in the book and they are accepted under our discretion. In addition, we do NOT accept coupons on the following holidays:Mother's Day, New Year's Eve, & New Year's Day.
Q: Can I get my orders without MSG?
A: Some of our items already contain a small amount of MSG; however, a majority of our items may be prepared without it. Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Q: How many Egg Rolls come in an order?
A: Egg rolls are sold individually.
Q: Do you have Spring Rolls?
A: No.
Q: Do you have General Tso's Chicken?
A: Yes, our General Tso's Chicken is called Governor Chicken and our recipe may be different from other restaurants.

A: No, We do not have any of those dishes.
